TO ORDER A FAMILY TREE

Date Rosh Ha-Shanah 2004

Description
In the alleyways of the Iraqi sector of Jerualem's open-air Mahane Yehuda market, there lies a restaurant with 5 tables inside. All food is cooked on "primus" stoves. Azura and his 3 sons run the place. Norman is one of their regular patrons.

Azura's children wanted to buy their mother and father something special for Rosh Ha-Shanah, knew of Norman's profession and asked him to make one for them as their gift.

Note the soup pot cooling in the window of the Jerusalem landscape. Room was left on the branches for the addition of future grandchildren (with God's help).
