Moving in a different direction from his mainstream ketubot designs, the artist created this unusual design very freely based on the Sierpinski Triangle and is the 2nd ketuba in an Eretz Israel venue. Click here to see the first in this new series. The crown, designed in the style of one of Jerusalem's foremost artists from the turn of the last century, Lilien, sets off the entire ketuba with its Jewish star and golden moon in the center. The entire ketuba in and of itself is very reminiscent of a Jewish star.

Dimensions: 54 in width x 46 centimeters in height (21.5 x 48 inches).

Original: US $1500
Giclee: US $400 ($550 with the repainted gold) GOLD EFFECT

The Sierpinski Triangle.

The crown, with a golden moon and moonbeams shining and illuminated the rest of the ketuba.

Please note that all the intersecting points of the borders are in Chinese gold and if you'd like to see the effect of the gold when it is repainted onto the giclee, you are welcome to click here.

Landscapes of Jerusalem provide the base.
